How many servings does this cake make?

It depends on your guests. It's made of four 8" cake layers, so each slice is substantial.

In my home, it would probably serve 16-20. In some other homes, it might serve 6-8. I know many Americans adore gut buster portions. I don't count myself among them, not sure how you feel about that.

It will probably keep a day or two in good condition. No pressure to consume its entirety in one sitting.
