Whipped ganache/Is it 21 ounces of bittersweet chocolate or 12? Thanks in advance.

I haven’t made this, but in general to make ganache, you use the same weight of chocolate and heavy cream. That would make 21 ounces correct. (I guess that’s why it’s the ULTIMATE chocolate cake!)
