What type of mint chocolate Candy? Andes? Mint chocolate bar? Not sure what to use? Does the texture of the cookie come out soft or crispy like an Oreo?

Hi there! I used Andes mints, but the recipe is pretty forgiving, and I would guess that you could use something similar if you have it on hand. The cookies are firm, but not crispy, and still have a bit of softness in the center.
