Most chocolate cheesecake recipes use chocolate cookies in the crust and some solid chocolate formats in the batter

Others do use chocolate cocoa powder, still with form of chocolate.

If you use only Nesquik powder in the batter, there will be some (but less than usual) chocolate flavor.

If Nesquik is something you like the taste of and/or all you have, I would consider making the cheese cake plain from mix and then garnishing it with the Nesquik (sprinkled on like some people do with confectioners sugar) or turned into a chocolate sauce.
