weight incorrect for Dorie Greenspan’s “Last of the Bunch Banana Bundt”

I am currently making Dorie Greenspan’s “Last of the Bunch Banana Bundt“ and it calls for 3c flour (408g). 3 cups AP flour is 360 grams. I’m hoping someone can correct this. I can’t speak for the recipe yet as it’s currently baking, but it’s smelling delicious!

I hope you used the 3 cups and that the cake turned out well! When this (unfortunately) happens and while we wait for someone (original author, editors on staff) to correct the recipe, either use your own knowledge or check other versions of the same dish elsewhere.
This version of the Dorie Greenspan banana cake has both imperial and metric measures. And though theirs is rounded up (375g vs your 360g) it is more in range.

Thank you! I did use 360g (actually 180g AP and 180g whole wheat), added 85g chopped pecans, and used unsweetened coconut. It’s incredible!
