Help! Runny Ermine frosting and needed this afternoon
My ermine frosting is runny! This is the second time attempting with different recipes. I cooked my roux twice as long as directed this time to get it to a pudding consistency, and just added the butter to the cool room temp roux. I need this for cupcakes in the next three hours but its definitely too runny to use! Should I just add a bunch of powdered sugar to stiffen??
