Does the sausage go on the biscuit before the cheese?

After splitting the biscuits, you put a slice of cheese on the bottom then put the fried egg on top. The sausage has been forgotten.

Yes, the sausage goes on the biscuit first, then the cheese on top for stability and better melting.
