What or how do you make/get almond meal ??

I used Bob's Red Mill which I bought at my local St Helena, CA grocery store...they carry the whole line of products.

Grind blanched almond in your food processor with some of the sugar from the recipe.

You can get almond meal at Whole Foods or through Bob's Red Mill online. www.bobsredmill.com Or any organic focused grocery store. Larger grocery stores also may carry it.
