Thanks for answering! I was thinking it was probably the small plastic shell, which is 5 oz. It cooks down so much.

Vegetable cookery has more leeway than baking….buy what’s available in your markets and/or what you like.
Keep in mind that spinach is the focus of the dish. And it collapses when it’s heated or sautéed.
I would say roughly 4 to 8 oz.
