The Everdure CUBE Portable Charcoal Grill

Hello, all,

I've ordered an Everdure as a birthday present for my husband, who's birthday is on the Fourth of July (why, no, actually, he does not love his birthday-day).

I'd like a wee bit of savvy ahead of the CUBE arrival since we may be using it on a super-short getaway.

Should we bring a coal starter, or put our "kindling" in the base of the CUBE itself?

I was thinking of hardwood charcoal or hardwood briquettes (Trader Joe's used to sell a good one). Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Hi Judith! We just checked out Everdure’s website and they suggest using lump charcoal. Alternatively, you could also do a mix of overnight-soaked woodchips and lump charcoal.

We hope this helps!

Hi Sophia, thank you very much for replying. I did knuckle down and print out the manual, and aside from that, yes, you were helpful, thanks again!

Hi--I am interested in buying a Cube but wonder if it is big enough on which to cook a whole fish--such as branzino--anyone done that? Thank you.
