how to prevent flour from clumping
im trying to make chicken nuggets and last time i made them i would dip the pieces of chicken into eggwash and then flour, but the flour kept clumping up. does anyone know how i can stop it from clumping

Keep one hand for the "wet" and one for the "dry". But as you go, the egg will get into the flour and cause it to clump. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, since it will add texture!
