Starter Bread Starts, but does not work according to instructions :|
I tried starter with Teff Flour, Almond Flour, and Buckwheat, ALL FAILED. Last year I tried started with All Purpose, that didn't work either. I had the right temperature 70 - 75 degrees, the right amounts. I did the drop a spoonful in water, the Almond Flour worked, only of all of them, then when I added the flour to raise before baking, DID not raise again !!!! any suggestions?
