Just do a web search for the NYT buckwheat crepe recipe. It pops right up, Otherwise, try another recipe for Breton galettes, which is what they are. Do you mean you have never made crepes or just never made them with buckwheat flour? Either way, prepare to sacrifice the first few to tasting samples before you hit your stride with them. And definitely let the batter rest a bit.
