Some of that will depend on conditions it gets stored in. If you have it in an airtight container it will last longer than in a ziplock baggie- and if your home is on the humid or dry side will also play a small part. You can always re-crisp a granola that has lost its snap by heating it on a sheet in a single layer, in a 400F oven or microwaving it a few minutes. I've got homemade granola in the pantry right now that is a month old- but it's vacuum packed in a canning jar. I made this recipe a few times, but it's never hung around for more than a couple weeks because it got all "snacked up".

Thanks. I especially appreciate the re-crisp idea and information.

No experience with this recipe and it doesn’t say anything about storage time.
But internet articles say 1-4 weeks storage for granola sealed at room temp.
Or a few months frozen.
In practice, I keep open granola and use it within about 2 weeks.
