I’d really like to try this recipe. The recipe does not state if they are baked in a Dutch oven or open baked with or without steam. Please clarify

Hello, thank you for the question. These are open baked- on a regular baking tray,(not baking steel). I add a small tray with water on the bottom tray, I will add it in the recipe, thank you.
