I have a question about the recipe "Spaghetti with Chicken Livers and Asparagus" from Canned. She doesn't say how much chicken liver to use. 1 lb, I'm guessing?

I'm not the recipe's author, but I just read the recipe and I'm with you about using 1# of chicken livers. Since the yield is for 4, that makes sense to me...and I love chicken livers! :)
