A question about a recipe: Sausage and Kale Dinner Tart

I have a question about step 2 on the recipe "Sausage and Kale Dinner Tart" from My Pantry Shelf. It says:

" Combine butter and flour in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until butter is pea-sized. " How much of the flour could I replace with whole wheat?

I would try subbing out 1/3 of the flour with whole wheat. That would make it 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat. You may have to add a touch more water because whole wheat flour tends to absorb more. Let us know how it turns out!
