this looks like a lovely recipe that i will try...just wondering how long raidishes "pickled" this way might keep? and if any one has other sugge...

...stions of how to marinate/pickle/preserve sliced radishes -- suggestions would be welcome!

I'd say no longer than a day or two. I'd also suggest draining the juice off so as not to leach out all the flavour from the radishes
