I have a question about the ingredient "light brown sugar" on the recipe "Sugar Steak with Bourbon" from amanda.
Packed or not?

I made this when Amanda first posted it...It was wonderful and I "packed" the brown sugar.
Thank you! I was worried about it being too sweet, or not sweet enough compared to the bourbon and pepper!!
