I have a question about the ingredient "slice ginger, minced" on the recipe "Caramelized Pork Bánh Mì" from monkeymom.
What amount constitutes "a slice" of ginger? Thanks.
i would cut a slice about 1/4-inch thick and a little bigger than a quarter. but if you like ginger, i'm sure it wouldn't hurt to make that slice a little bigger.
