For the Applesauce cake--Hello, I have a 22cm bundt pan, will that work or is it too deep?! Thanks!

It should work, the cake will fill what it's gonna fill. Some of my round cake pans are 2" tall and some 3" tall, and I've used them side by side baking cake w/ no major difference to the layer that is being baked.
