I have a question about the recipe "Gingerbread Bars with Hard Sauce Glaze" from AntoniaJames. I am making these for our potluck party and wondered if I can make the bars a few days ahead and freeze. I would glaze the day of the party. Thanks

Bars like this are a great candidate for freezing and defrosting -- just be sure to warm them in a very low oven so they don't dry out.
