I would think 2-3 days in an airtight container, possibly a week.

I would say a week max in an airtight container. It looks like you could probably freeze these as well.
When I originally made these to take to a dinner party, I made them 2 days beforehand and they tasted great. I would agree with the previous answers and say up to a week before they start to get stale!
