Finally an easy way to make poached eggs!

I am in love with this! I’ve struggled to make poached eggs and now they come out beautifully! Don’t debate buying this, grab it while you can.

Poached egg pro at last!

Easy to use. I don’t like single task- specific kitchen gadgets, but the saucepan and lid are good quality and can be used all sorts of ways. And now I can make poached eggs!

Perfect Pan ❤️

Solved all of my poached egg problems!

I straight up giggled the first time I slid a beautifully poached egg out of one of these little non-stick cups. And again when I cut into the egg and it was, indeed, perfectly poached. So easy, far less water used, clean up work was light and quick. Good thing we raise chickens because we are going to be having a lot of eggs going forward!

Q: I recently purchased the egg poacher and unfortunately, didn't read box instructions. Please explain how you’re supposed to remove the hot egg cups from the poacher. Using a pot holder is too bulky to grab ahold of the individual cups or even the entire poacher insert. It cooks the eggs perfectly but I need help getting them from the pan to the plate! Thank you!

A: Hi Alison, thanks for your question -- if you have a sturdy pair of tongs, you should be able to use them to grip the poacher insert handle and lift out the insert. And I'd recommend a potholder in your other hand to be there for support once you've lifted out the insert. Hope this is helpful!

Q: This type of pan is old school my Grandmother had one, the problem was is the whites were always overcooked for my preference, how does this pan overcome this?

A: Hi Angie, great question. The trick here is making sure the heat is low enough not to cook the whites too quickly. Every stove is different so you'll need to experiment to get it right but if you can balance the heat, the whites and yolks should cook properly.
