Two cookbooks are out, and two have moved on. Between Smashing Plates and A Change of Appetite, who will join Heritage and Brooks Headley's Fancy Desserts in round 2? Iron Chef and executive chef at New York City's Butter, Alexandra Guarnaschelli, has made her decision.
