Welcome to The Piglet! Catch up on the full list of books and judges, score your own copies in the shop, and print out a bracket to follow along. Round 1 of The Piglet is brought to you by our friends at Squarespace

The second week of The 2015 Piglet Tournament of Cookbooks saw our judges become adventurers and armchair globetrotters. Travels ranged from Paris to Seattle to New York to an astonishing around-the-world hunt for the best vegetarian dishes. But the journeys were not just geographical; the cookbooks this week got our judges thinking differently about their food, their tastes, and how they cook. Read on to catch up on the decisions, and get ready -- we're moving onto Round 2 next week.
