When I spoke with Brian Christopher, the woodworker behind our new, exclusive wooden cutting boards, he had one ask: You have to use them. His boards, made from walnut and sycamore are almost too beautiful to use—but only almost. I use mine as a prep board for chopping and for serving appetizers—they're going to hold up.
