9 Ways to Smash Out Your Feelings

November 20, 2015

Let’s take a moment for some #realtalk: family is fun, friends are great, but the holidays can bubble up some—well—rage.

If you don’t have a significant other, “When are you getting a boy-/girlfriend?”
If you do, “When are you getting married?”
If you are, “When are you having babies?”
If you’re from a particularly tactless clan, “You’ve gotten a little heavier, haven’t you?”

The result: GABI ANGRY. GABI SMASH. Not that I speak from personal experience.
