28 Candies to DIY This Weekend For Vampires, Zombies, Or Maybe Just Yourself

October 28, 2016

Halloween candy is wonderfully predictable—little orange- and black-wrapped nuggets you'd know with your eyes closed that have been littering your office, or are near your front door, or holed up in a stash somewhere in the pantry all month. There are mini candy bars, and soft pumpkins, and maybe some taffy in there. It's comforting knowing exactly what you are getting come this time of year.

But maybe it's time to shake things up, to try your hand at making up something a little more original. Here are 28 goofy, classic, and global candies to DIY for Halloween, even if you'll keep them all to yourself come the 31st.
