I have a question about the recipe "Cherry and amaranth dessert casserole" from Comeandcookwithus.
In the headnotes, the tester, Sagegreen says "I did not have fresh cherries yet this season, some great bottled preserves worked well"
Comeandcookwithus used fresh cherries.
I think you could use anything you wanted, and if you used dried cherries I would rehydrate them first.
