I have a question about the recipe "Applesauce Cake with Caramel Glaze" from merrill. How would you adjust the recipe/cooking time to make mini cupcakes/muffins?

How small is mini? If you're talking really small (like 1-2 inches in diameter), they'll cook quite quickly. I'd make the recipe the same way, but start to check them after about 10 minutes in the oven.
