Ways to use overcooked quinoa?

While making a quinoa salad I accidentally used too much liquid and overcooked it. I made a new batch, but I don't want to toss the overdone quinoa. Any recipes or suggestions of how to use it? I was thinking maybe as an oatmeal like porridge or maybe in a burger?

Quinoa cakes. Make it with whatever cooked meat + veggies. Use egg as a binder. Pan fry and serve.

I use leftover grains like quinoa in some hearty crepes that I stuff with a variety of things. Here is one version that blends it with pecans: http://food52.com/recipes.... I also just saw this in F&W but haven't tried it: http://www.foodandwine...
