I have a small (2 lbs) tied, boneless pork shoulder. I've been marinating overnight. What do you all suggest for time and temp to roast?

Thank you so much. Instead of searing (too much wet-rub marinade) I started on high for 20 minutes or so then dropped the heat per your instructions. Turned out great. Happy holidays!

I'd recommend cooking it slow and low -- in a 250 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I'd also brown it on the stovetop before I put it in the oven!
