Extra egg yolks? Any recipe ideas for 8 leftover yolks?

I don't have to use all of them for one thing. I'm also thinking of something savory or something with a decent shelf life( so I don't eat all at once). I've thought about homemade mayo or aoili, custard, cremes. Would love to hear recipes for breads cookies or pasta or any other ideas you have

Freeze them in ice cube trays. You will always find uses.

French toast (use half and half, please); carbonara for whatever shape pasta you prefer for that; and as others have said -- perhaps the most obvious but my immediate first choice -- creme brulee. ;o)
