Extra egg yolks? Any recipe ideas for 8 leftover yolks?
I don't have to use all of them for one thing. I'm also thinking of something savory or something with a decent shelf life( so I don't eat all at once). I've thought about homemade mayo or aoili, custard, cremes. Would love to hear recipes for breads cookies or pasta or any other ideas you have
