Crispy Baked Eggrolls : Truly Possible?

I was wondering if anyone had any tricks or tips for baking egg rolls and actually getting them -crispy and golden-. I know that frying them is the best way to get them super crisp, but my family wants to go a slightly healthier route!

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Pour a small amount of oil into a bowl and dip a pastry brush into the oil and paint the egg rolls liberally. I find this technique does a pretty good job making baked taste "fried". Best of luck!
