Clear-Jel measure by weight?

I do all of my baking by weight; I can't find a weight on my Clear-Jel container. I want to know what a 1/4 c. of Clear-Jel should weigh for a recipe (I feel like I've been over-packing my measuring cup). Anyone?

I too was curious. I used the fluff and then spoon into the measure method, and I came up with 8 grams per tablespoon of Hoosier Farms cook-type Clear Jel. When I went to write this on my container, I noticed that the difficult-to-read label says one Tablespoon equals 9 grams officially. I hope this helps somebody.

1 tablespoon = 4 grams; 1/4 cup therefore = 16 grams.
