Help! I smoked a Turkey and it finished 4 hours too soon! How can I keep it from drying out?

Hi Nell, Most smokers have a low temperature setting, so you can hold it at around 200F. If your bird does end up drying out a little, do not despair: Just pre-carve it and douse it with warm gravy.
