Roasting a turkey breast in a convection oven?
I'd love to follow this recipe for Ina Garten's roast turkey breast (https://www.thedailymeal.com/recipes/barefoot-contessas-herb-roasted-turkey-breast-recipe?_mobile=1), but in my convection oven. I know the usual advice there would be to lower the temperature by 25 degrees and adjust the cook time, but 300 degrees seems awful low. I've also read you shouldn't include liquid in the pan when cooking in convection ovens. Is that true?
