If you want to keep them more than a few days ( or bake this weekend for a party bext weekend) then wrap well after they cool and freeze. Just defrost on the counter at room temp

These brownies keep beautifully - up to a week and maybe even longer. My fiancé actually thinks they are better the second day on - he says they are even more chocolatey!
