I have a question about the recipe "Labneh bi Toum" from Edouard Massih. So what do I do with the large bowl of lemon juice salt and garlic?
I agree with the first comment. Is the recipe supposed to include that we incorporate the lemon/garlic/salt mixture into the yogurt and THEN strain?

There are several Middle Eastern markets where I live and I have access to labneh. Do I still have to drain it in cheesecloth?
