Soaked too many dried chickpeas, what should I do?

I soaked way too many chickpeas by accident. Can I store soaked (uncooked) chickpeas in the fridge? Or should I cook them?

If you are freezing, you could treat them like berries: line a rimmed sheet (one that will easily fit into your freezer) with parchment and lay out well-drained chickpeas so they aren't touching. Freeze for a couple hours, then you can bag them up like IQF frozen veges so you can use only as many as you need for future recipes.

If you have room in the freezer, consider freezing them. The next time you want chickpeas for something, you can simply pull them out and cook them. They last frozen for about 4 months- maybe longer, but mine never last that long.

Or cook and freeze.
Then you'll have ready-to-eat chickpeas to oull out of the freezer for salad, stew, hummus.

I've kept uncooked chickpeas in fridge for upto a week with no issues!
