How many eggs, please? (possible error in the recipe?)

I know the ingredient list says there is only 1 egg, but the instructions say to mix the "eggs" -- which means there is more than 1 egg. Could someone please confirm the number of eggs in the recipe, please? Thank you.

Hi Ted! Thanks so much for the catch. The ingredient list is correct (1 large egg), and I just corrected the instructions to read "egg," not "eggs." Happy baking!
