Smoked a brisket but it got done faster than expected, took out at 205F and rested in a cooler. Fell asleep and it rested in the cooler for 6.5 hrs.

Is this a problem? What should I do with it now? I put it in the refrigerator as
we won't be eating for another 5 to 6 hours. Just want to make sure I'm not screwing it up or could have a problem because I let it rest too long.

Thank you! I kept it wrapped in tinfoil and in a pan in the cooler so it should be fine. Do you have any suggestions as to the best way to reheat before serving? I was thinking of possibly putting back in the smoker or oven for a couple hours to reheat before cutting.
