      I am roasting a chicken in a dutch oven. Should I add any type of liquid the bottom of the dutch oven before putting it in the oven?

      Moroccan roast chicken, using a dutch oven instead of a Tagine.

      If you are roasting, no water. You are roasting, not braising.
