Substitute for Butter (Vegan Friendly)

Could olive or coconut oil be used in place of butter to make the cake vegan friendly?

Yes! You can use coconut oil, olive oil or vegan margarine. The cake will have a slightly different flavour but still work well! I tested a version with olive oil and it was delicious.
