How much of the 1cup flour shouLd be added in Step 5?ded

The recipe calls for 1 cup flour. Step 7 says use “remaining flour” to coat the patty. Step 5 indicates adding the flour with the rest of the ingredients, but doesn’t say how much of the 1 cup of flour. Evidently Step 5 doesn’t mean ALL of the flour because Step 7 says “remaining flour.” Maybe I’m overlooking something. Thanks.
