It’s such a small cake that you’d need a tiny pan if you halved it (or maybe bake it in a few ramekins?). I’ve made it and it’s really good. It’s basically a bunch of baked apples held together with a little flour. I say live a little. Make the whole thing. Eat the leftovers, if there are any, for breakfast.

I wouldn’t, it’s not a huge cake anyway and with baking just halving or doubling doesn’t always work because it’s about ratios … I’d bake the recipe as is and maybe freeze half if you can’t finish it.
