This is a terrif salad, I make for the 2 of us. I'd like to do for a group, has anyone served at room temp rather than warm?

At least one commenter wrote that they served a similar recipe for a group (approx. 40 ppl.) which was well received.

The best judge would be you though. Did you enjoy the last bite as much as the first? It was close to room temperature at the end no doubt.
