Anyone know if I can sub brown rice in my stuffed peppers/cabbage?
My Mom always used uncooked white rice, but she browned the rice first in a bit of oil.
I guess I will try to just adjust the cooking time. I'm low keto, so carbs should be at least " healthier carbs".

Fwiw, I use farro in my stuffed peppers. It’s low on the glycemic index and I find it more flavorful than brown rice.
