Is there a substitute for coconut milk in vegan recipes?

I'm old. Reasonably healthy and hope to stay that way. I've been moving toward a PBWF diet. I'm only an intermediate cook but I enjoy it. Many vegan recipes call for coconut milk, but I'm afraid all that saturated fat would overload my pacemaker. (If i had kids I'd be reluctant to serve it to them too.) Any ideas?

Vegans use coconut milk because of it’s similarity to dairy but you could try thicker plant mylks, usually sold as barista or coffee creamer. These are more expensive. You could also make your own thicker oat or cashew mylk.

Oat milk would be a good option.
